Use Case: SIM Cards in POS terminals

Problem

POS is only connecting to one network provider. This leads to issues in connectivity when the signal is not strong.

  • Poor signal: Issues in connectivity due to poor signal. Most SIM cards are not global and only connect to one network provider even if the signal is not strong
  • Steered Cards: If the cards are steered, first they only connect to the home provider even if the signal strength is very poor. That causes latency  in the transaction creating a time out and makes the POS reconnect, getting into a loop.

  • APN: All SIM cards are using public APN in public internet. This means that the SIM card gets different IPS every time it reconnects causing security issues.

Solution

Global non steered SIM Cards. Our SIM cards offer stable connectivity making transactions quick and easy

  • Global coverage with our SIM cards that connect to more than 650 networks in more than 200 countries

  • Our SIM cards are non steered and they connect to the strongest network available

  • We use VPN. This means our SIM cards have a specific IP offering the highest security in transactions
